What Is Post-Consumer Recycled Ceramic?
Post-consumer recycled ceramic is recovered from ceramic goods after their original use. The material is collected, sorted, cleaned and mechanically processed so it can become a controlled component in a new ceramic body. This keeps used ceramic material in circulation and reduces reliance on virgin raw materials.
This definition matters to sourcing teams. Pre-consumer waste and manufacturing scrap are generated before a product reaches the end user; post-consumer material has already completed a consumer-use cycle. Buyers should state which definition their sustainability program requires.

OEM and ODM Development for B2B Buyers
Development can cover product shape, dimensions, recycled-content formulation, glaze and finish, logo, retail packaging and collection coordination. A buyer brief should include the target product, reference image or drawing, dimensions, estimated order quantity, destination market and required sustainability documentation.
Because recycled formulations can affect forming, firing and surface results, new designs require technical review and an approved sample before repeat production.
GRS Scope Certificate and Transaction Certificate
Guangdong Yongsheng Technology Development Co., Ltd. holds an active Global Recycled Standard scope certificate for eligible hard goods and covered processes. A Scope Certificate confirms the certified facility capability and scope; it does not by itself certify every product or shipment.
