OEM/ODM Ceramic Product Development Process

From concept review to sampling, production and shipment, YST Ceramics helps B2B buyers turn ceramic product ideas into market-ready orders. Share your target category, quantity, logo, packaging and market requirements so our team can recommend practical manufacturing options.

1. Requirement ReviewConfirm product type, size, quantity, reference design, target price and delivery market.
2. Sample DevelopmentReview shape, mold, glaze color, decal/logo and packaging before bulk production.
3. Bulk ProductionArrange forming, glazing, firing, decoration, packing and order progress follow-up.
4. QC & ShipmentCheck key quality points, export packing and shipping documents before delivery.

CUSTOM PROCESS

The customization process is as follows:

1.Mould

Customer provide drawings, which includes shape, size and some necessary instructions. Yongsheng will make custom mould and send pictures to customer for approving.

2.Color

Send us color chips or pantone code for custom design, or we will recommend available color for customer. Then Yongsheng will make the color on the product.

3.Pattern

We provide outline file according the product size, customer create art file and send to us. Yongsheng will print the pattern or logo on the product.

4.Packaging

Tell us the request, about the packaging material and then we will choose different packaging for customers.

What to Send Before Quotation

  • Product category: bathroom accessories, tableware, kitchenware, mugs, vases or home decor.
  • Quantity & market: estimated order quantity, destination country and target selling channel.
  • Customization: shape, color, glaze finish, decal, logo, packaging or private label details.
  • Reference files: photos, drawings, Pantone colors, artwork files or existing product samples.
  • Quality needs: inspection standard, food contact requirements or certification expectations.
  • Timeline: sample deadline, bulk delivery schedule and shipment plan.
